Booking Policy
Canvas Carousel Class:
In effort to make sure we have adequate staff scheduled and adequate numbers of participants, we only allow cancellations up to 24 hours in advance. You can however reschedule your booking for a different class up to 24 hours in advance. If you have a last minute issue such as illness preventing you from attending, please email us so that we can your reschedule you for the future.
Traditional Paint and Sip Class:

Children's Art Birthday Party
Thank you for booking a children's birthday party. Pricing is based on package chosen, the number of children attending, and the time of the party. Packages start with a minimum of 10 children. At the time of your reservation we will bill you for the room reservation and the 10 children. This is due immediately in order to hold your reservation and your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received. You will be billed via an emailed invoice and payment can be made via credit card or via PayPal using the following email: sales@canvascarousel.com
Confirmation of the number of children attending and choice of canvas design(s) are due 7 days in advance. We will then bill you for the final numbers, minus the deposit.
The deposit is non-refundable since we will be holding the studio space for your party on that date, preventing us from taking new reservations. We hope that you understand this policy.
However, if you contact us 3 weeks before your scheduled date, we will consider moving your party to a new date, subject to availability on the calendar and availability of staff.
Private Event Party
Thank you for booking your private event with us. Pricing is based on the number attending, time of the party, and type of art entertainment selected (Canvas Carousel, Traditional Paint and Sip, Open studio, etc.). Private parties start at 10 individuals minimum. At the time of your reservation we will bill you for the room reservation and the 10 participants. This is due immediately in order to hold your reservation and your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received. You will be billed via an emailed invoice and payment can be made via credit card or via PayPal using the following email: Sales@CanvasCarousel.com

Corporate Events
Thank you for booking a corporate event with us. Pricing is based on the number of people that have been discussed and accepted in the quote, type of art activity, and whether the event is in our studio or off-site on your premises. There is a max of 24 participants in the studio and between 20-48, if off site at your premises. Payment is due immediately in order to hold your reservation and your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received. You will be billed via an emailed invoice and payment can be made via credit card, check or via PayPal using the following email: Sales@CanvasCarousel.com
The fee is non-refundable as we will be holding the studio space for your party on that date, preventing us from taking new reservations. If you need to move your date, we will work with you to find a new time. We hope you understand this policy.
